The USC Trojan Men, the only all-male a cappella group at the University of Southern California, have put out “Studio EP” for digital download (after releasing the physical product on April 24 of this year, at their spring concert). “Studio EP” serves as a quality follow-up to their first album, “Take Root.” The EP features four songs – “Yes We Can Can,” “At Last,” “Lullaby,” and “Wavin’ Flag”.
Just barely six years old, the Trojan Men are the only group at USC that manages to consistently host two shows per year, to audiences amounting to almost 1,300 eager a cappella fans. They enjoy bringing their eclectic, well-executed music to audiences all over the west coast. And these audiences enjoy having them – in fact, the group was even named winner of USC’s Absolut A cappella Competition in 2009. They are also annually invited to the Las Vegas A Cappella Summit, for both their entertaining performances and their expert work as clinicians.
The Trojan Men are hoping to use money earned on sales of the EP toward recording and releasing a full-length album (in addition to funding their annual fall and spring concerts). Help them out by purchasing some of their amazing music, on sale now through A Cappella Records.
