“Rolling In The Deep” with The Red States!

After shooting to viral success just a few short weeks ago when celebrity blogger Perez Hilton shared and celebrated their rendition of Adele’s “Rolling In The Deep,” The Red States have recorded and released a single of the hit song for digital download! Now you can have the studio version of their gospel-inspired take on this neo-retro empowerment anthem, featuring powerful, smoky lead vocals and a group performance that’s in it to win it. It’s the perfect follow-up to their hard-hitting debut album “No Political Affiliation,” released just six months ago.

Red States Rolling 300x300 Rolling In The Deep with The Red States! The Red States, an NYC-based Contemporary A cappella League (CAL) group approaching its fourth birthday, have already made some major accomplishments during their relatively short existence. They’ve won Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards (CAL Album of the Year and two CAL Song of the Year wins), A Cappella Community Awards (voted Favorite CAL Group for two consecutive years, and nominated in the Favorite Lady Gaga Cover category for their rendition of “Just Dance”), and received recognition in the Harmony Sweepstakes. This, along with prominent participation in festivals like SMACC, SingStrong, VoCAL Nation and SoJam has made The Red States one of the most well-known and celebrated a cappella groups in the nation.

If you’re in the NYC area, check out their show on Friday, July 22 at Triad! And definitely make sure to keep checking back here for more breaking news about our amazing artists!
