“Only Girl in the World,” originally by Rihanna, reflects the carefree, joyful spirit these ladies embody with every performance. The arrangement, provided by Joe Scott of brother-group The Madison Project, boasts impressive lead vocals by the group’s own Lisa Day. A refreshing dose of happiness with an infectious and danceable beat, “Only Girl in the World” is a great way to aca-bop your way through the holidays.
The single is also a taste of what’s to come from Note-oriety – it’s a preview of their newest album, “I’ll Never Say!” The release date has not yet been announced, but we’re sure it’s going to be just as enjoyable as this first sampling.
It’s the thirteenth year for James Madison University’s Note-oriety, and already looks to the the best one yet for these incredibly talented ladies.
